Amanda Brooke Kolwyck

Amanda Brooke Martinez Kolwyck, age 34, of Sikeston, MO, died Monday, July 27, 2026, at Mercy Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Born April 24, 1992, at Cape Girardeau, MO, to the Scott A. Martinez and Catina Lee, she had lived in Sikeston most of her life.

On November 17, 2007, she married Brandon Lee Kolwyck, who survives.

Also surviving are her children, Morgan Kolwyck, Carson Kolwyck, Liam Kolwyck and Evie Green; her mother, Catina L. (Gabriel) Lara of Sikeston; her brothers, Cody, Steven, Bailey, Dakota, Evan, Quintin and Alex; also, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Scott A. Martinez, her daughter, Aaliyah Grace Green, and her grandparents, Rudy Jimmy Martinez, Sr., Linda Kay Inman Martinez Smith, Steven “Tony” Smith, Wilbur Hayes, Mary Inis Lee Cope and Vernon Ray Cope

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 3, 2026, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Interment will follow in the Blodgett Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.
