ANGELIA DAWN KRAUSS McGATH, age 55, of East Prairie, died Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Cotton Point Nursing Center at Matthews.

Born August 2, 1964, at Sikeston, MO, to Patty Rose Blumenberg Krauss who survives of East Prairie and the late Johnny Eugene Krauss, she had lived in East Prairie most of her life and was a home maker.

She was married to John Allen Syre, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children, Jessica Bridgette Higgins and Carla Rose Syre of East Prairie; one brother, Louis (Laryssa) Krauss of Bertrand; grandchildren, Corbin Shane Higgins and Levaeh Dawn Higgins of East Prairie; nieces and nephews, Connon Krauss, Caitlin Krauss, Jamee Harland and Lacey Dorris.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Louis Krauss; Roy and Mollie Arington Blumenberg and by her niece, Hannah Lynn Dorris.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until time for memorial service at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2019, at the First Church of God in East Prairie. Dawn Walters, will officiate.

Private burial will be at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
