Elizabeth Ann Aldridge Stephenson, age 83, of Bertrand, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at the Charleston Manor.

She was born May 7, 1939, at Wyatt, MO, to the late Euen Aldridge and Joyce Murphy Aldridge and was a 1956 graduate of Charleston High School.  She had lived in Bertrand most of her life where she was a member of Cornerstone Church and was co-owner with her husband of Stephenson Trucking until her retirement.

On November 14, 1958, she married David William Stephenson, who preceded her in death on April 3, 2014.

Surviving are her sons, Daniel (Theresa) Stephenson of Charleston and Kevin Stephenson of Nashua, NH; her daughter in law, Paula Stephenson; her sisters, Nancy Ames of Charleston and Shirley (John) Schilstra of Mt. Vernon, WA; eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Also, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry Stephenson; great granddaughter, Adriana Victoria Sharp; her brothers, Eugene Aldridge and Paul Aldridge; sister, Ellen Krutmeier; and two infant siblings.

There is no visitation.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
