BEVERLY DIANNE CHANDLER STARK, Age 67, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 at her home in Charleston.

Born December 12, 1944, at Jonesboro, AR to the late J.C. and M. Ernestine House Chandler, she was a 1962 graduate of Charleston High School. She had been employed with the Charleston R-1 School District a number of years. A graduate of Arkansas State University at Jonesboro, she was a Registered Nurse and had been employed with St. Bernard Hospital and the Methodist Hospital in Jonesboro and then returned to Charleston where she was employed as the nurse for the Mississippi County Detention Center.

She was married to Charles L. Stark who survives of Charleston.

Also surviving is one son: Charles Matthew Stark of Charleston; one sister, Helen L. Chandler Ezzell of Bertrand and her nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by One brother Jimmy J. Chandler and one sister, Dody Hook.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2012 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Jon Archie, pastor of the Elm Street Baptist Church of Charleston, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
