Billy Lough

William Lindsey "Billy" Lough, age 64, died Sunday, July 9, 2023, at his home in rural Bertrand, MO.

Born March 8, 1959, at Sikeston, MO, to George William Lough and Nora Edith Lindsey Lough, who survive, he was a 1977 graduate of Charleston High School and after graduation served ten years in the United States Air Force.  After his discharge from military service, he returned to Mississippi County where he helped his father with the family farm for many years.  Billy was a talented musician, a health and body building enthusiast and loved motorcycles.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his children, Amber Lough and Holly Barenbaum; four grandchildren; his sister, Jane Ellen Lough Wakeman and her family, as well as a number of cousins and friends.

One daughter, Nicole Lough Williams, preceded him in death.

Private services will be held.

McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
