Bo Ottinger

Donald Joe "Bo" Ottinger, age 81, a resident of Sikeston, died Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.

Born February 10, 1941, to the late Ivan Ottinger and Bessie Higer Ottinger, he had lived in Sikeston most of his life and had been employed in maintenance.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Sides Ottinger.

Survivors include a special niece, Charlene Chism; a special nephew, David Ottinger; a special great niece, Cyndi Barksdale; as well as a number of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Dewey, Katherine, Paul, Martha, Guy, Orval, James, Leroy and his twin brother who died in infancy, Ronald.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2022, at the Blodgett Cemetery at Blodgett, MO.

Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.
