BRENDA SUE HARP HENSON, age 73, a resident of Morehouse, died Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born December 19, 1947, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Billie Joe Harp and Betty Jo Summers Harp, she had lived in Morehouse a number of years.   She was employed with Food Giant/Marketplace in Sikeston for 24 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston.

She was married to Furl Lee Henson who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her sons, Furl Henson, II and Sean (Belinda) Henson; her grandson, Chase Henson; her sister, Denise (George) Gross; two nieces, Jennifer Stinnett and Melanie Buckley, three great nephews, Kent Stinnett, Ray Stinnett and Thunder Hicks and one great niece, Kaitlyn Buckley.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Justin Henson.

Private funeral services will be held at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston. Rev. Jennifer Moxley, associate pastor at First United Methodist Church of Sikeston, will officiate.
