Brenda Kay Vaughan, 50, a life-long resident of Sikeston, died Friday, Dec. 7, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born May 18, 1962 in Sikeston to Harry J. Imhoff and Martha (White) Imhoff Standridge.
She was a substance abuse counselor and had previously been employed at Cliff Morris Insurance Agency.
She is survived by 2 sons, Michael Rister and Aaron Vaughan both of Sikeston; her mother and step father, Martha and Stan Standridge of Sikeston; her father and step-mother, Harry J. and Cathy Imhoff of Chaffee; 1 brother, Harry Imhoff, Jr. of Marion, IL; 3 sisters, Debbie Leeker of Arnold, Jeanne Kincy of McKenzie, TN and Christina Mattison of Cape Girardeau; 2 step-brothers, Rick Standridge of Rio Rancho, New Mexico and Randy Standridge of Mundelein, IL. One step-brother, Ron Standridge preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5 till 8 pm Sunday, Dec. 9. Funeral service
will be held at 10 am Monday in the chapel with Rev. Larry Rouse, pastor of Scott City First Family & Youth Worship Center officiating.
Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Jobe, Allen Lankford, Mike Swain, Jeanette Martin, Emily Martin, Kim Glastetter, Justin Vaughan & Lee Vaughan.
