Bryan Alan Wilkerson, age 61, a resident of Sikeston, died Monday, November 8, 2021, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born September 24, 1960, at Sikeston, MO, to Gracie Delk Wilkerson who survives and the late Billy Joe Wilkerson, he had lived in Bertrand most of life and later in Sikeston.  A 1979 graduate of Charleston High School, he had worked on the river until his retirement.

Surviving is his son, Evin Andrew Wilkerson; his grandson, Liam Wilkerson; his brothers, Derrick Wilkerson, Dale Wilkerson, Wade Wilkerson and his sister, Kim Davis; as well as a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Joe Wilkerson, Jr. and his nephew, Jacob Wilkerson.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Glen Hamilton will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
