CARRIEL TRUE DEANE, Age 81, a resident of Urbana, MO and formerly of East Prairie, died Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, MO.

She was born July 30, 1930, in East Prairie, MO, to the late Cariel True and Tola Hale True. She had lived in Urbana after moving from St. Louis, MO where she retired from General American in 1985 She attended the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Hermitage, MO and was a member the Order of the Eastern Star #99 of Hermitage, MO.

In 1949, she married Hal Deane, who preceded her in death in 1988.

Surviving are: one son, Hal Deane, Jr., of Urbana, MO; one daughter, Margaret Wolford of Pittsburg, MO; one brother, Lee J. True of Groveland, FL; one sister, Pat Broyles of St. Louis; two grandsons, Hal F. Deane, III of St. Louis and David Joseph Williams of Murray, KY; one great granddaughter, Morgan Williams of Murray, KY.

In addition to her parents and husband, one brother, James W. True, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Allen Perkins, pastor of the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Hermitage, MO, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
