Cathy June Blankinship

Cathy June Blankinship, age 66, of Sikeston, MO, died Friday, September 11, 2026, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO.

Born October 2, 1959, at Sikeston, MO, to the late William Leroy Blankinship and Genetta Marie Farmer Blankinship Riley, Cathy had lived in Sikeston her entire life.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie D. and Brenda L. Blankinship of Las Vegas, NV; her nephew, Jeremy L. Blankinship of Las Vegas, NV and her niece, Shiela M. Futch of Garland Texas; her aunt, Violet Farmer of Sikeston, MO; also, several cousins and a dear neighbor, Verla Murphy.

She was preceded in death by father and mother, her stepfather, Leon Riley and her best friend, Cindy Ables.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston, MO.

Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.
