Funeral services for Charles Lee Fox, 80, of Monroe, LA, formerly of Charleston, MO will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2014 in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home  in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Craig West and Rev. Allen Miller officiating.

Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Fox was born in Charleston, MO, and died Friday, March 14, 2014, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Monroe and retired from Sears as the operations manager after 33 years. He was an avid fisherman and duck hunter.

Mr. Fox was preceded in death by brother, Bill Fox and wife Margaret; sister-in-law, Sue Fox; and his parents, Henry and Christine Fox.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Howlett Fox; daughters, Laurie Bagby and husband Barry, Carol Schoonover and husband Mike; grandchildren, Carey Bagby, Eric Schoonover, Caleb Schoonover; step-grandchild, Alan Bagby; sister, Ruth Ann Feezor and husband Jack; brother, Don Fox; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Carraway, Steve Zarnowski, Patrick Daniel, Chuck Mock, Mike Schoonover, and Carey Bagby. Honorary pallbearers will be Phillip Dampier, Junior Clark, Clint Wycoff, and Dr. Huffstutter.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the funeral home.
