Charles Lee Wilson, 71, a life-long resident of the Sikeston & Morehouse area, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He was born in Sikeston March 21, 1946 to the late Elmer Lee & Elsie Ada (Wilcoxon) Wilson.  He was a retired machine operator at Rowe Furniture Co. in Morehouse.  He is survived by his wife, Cathy (Woody) Wilson of Dexter and 1 brother and sister-in-law, Larry & Diana Wilson of Sikeston and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  Visitation will be at Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Thursday from 11:00 am until time for services  at 1:00 pm.  Rev. Sidney Watson, pastor of Trinity Gospel Church will officiate and will be assisted by Sid Whittington.  Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Kenneth Wilson, Rick Wilson, Al Sharp, Jimmy Moore, Charles Moore and Eddie Stinnett.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at blanchardfuneral.com.
