Christopher Wayne Green, age 34, died Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at his home in Charleston after a long battle with kidney disease.

Born March 30, 1988, at St. Louis, MO, to Virgil Wayne Green and Denise Anne Ponder Green, who survive of Sikeston, he had lived in Sikeston a number of years, most recently living in Charleston.

On July 15, 2021, he married Deanna Nicole Kreusel, who survives of the home.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his step son, Robert Wayne Laird, Jr. of the home, his brother, Shawn Michael Green of Sikeston; his maternal grandmother, Terrance Anne Ponder of Sikeston; as well as a number of aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Malcolm J. and Katie Green and Dennis Richard Ponder.

No services will be held.
