CLINTON ARTHUR WARD, 78, died Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at his home in East Prairie.

He was born March 17, 1942, at Detroit, MI, to the late Clinton Elmer and Vivian Barnes Ward. Clinton worked as a lead man in a factory and then as a truck driver from where he later retired. He attended the United Methodist Church in East Prairie for a number of years. Clinton loved to fish and hunt, his favorite were deer and turkey.

On November 5, 1960, he married Imogene Ward, who survives of the home.

Surviving are his two sons, Ron (Tammy) Ward, of East Prairie, MO; and Robert (Christine) Ward, of East Prairie, MO; 6 grandchildren; Sean Thomason, Christopher Carden, David Ward, Summer Ward, Brittany Ward, and Ronald Ward Jr; 6 step-grandchildren, Marisa Riggin, Steven Riggin, Justin Scott, Brittany Scott, Jeremy Scott, and Kara Scott.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, Roger Ward and Denise Trusty.

Private services will be held at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
