Crystal Gail Simmerman, age 51, formerly of Charleston, died Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at her home in Sikeston.

Born March 5, 1973, at Charleston, MO, to the George Simmerman and Wanda Pauline Vinson Bone, Crystal had lived in Charleston most of her life.  Crystal had a contagious smile and was always fun to be around.  She will be missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her special friend of several years, Barry Williams; her children, Blake Lee Simmerman, Lance Elliott Simmerman and Cooper Elizabeth Hardin; her grandchildren, Haydin Powell, Zachriah Powell Simmerman, Reliznee Grace Powell Simmerman, Malik Quinn, Malichi Quinn and Zamoriaon Quinn; her brothers, William Hale, Wayne Hale and Thomas Hale; her sisters, Pamela Black, Georgeanna Hale Simmerman Gammons, Tina Simmerman Wickham and Katrina Lutes.  Also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sisters, Robin Renee Matney and Angela Faye Earnheart and her brother, Mark Bone.

The family is planning a graveside celebration of life for March 5, 2025, at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston.
