CURTIS LAVERN "Grociery" WALKER, age 36, of Poplar Bluff, MO, died April 17, 2022.

Born June 7, 1985, in Poplar Bluff, MO, son of Gary Walker and Rosanna Hart Walker, who survive of Bell City, MO.  He had lived in Poplar Bluff a number of years.   He was known as the class clown and a goof off.  He loved to dance and make folks laugh.  He loved sports of all kinds, playing baseball, football and basketball.  A well-rounded person, he loved to read, loved singing and rapping, and kept a positive attitude often looking out for others and offering a listening ear and good advice.  He loved dogs, especially his dog, Taz.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his life companion, Shanna Abner; his children, Haley Walker, Aleah Adams, Travon Walker and Jay'von Walker; his brother Benjamin (Shannon) Walker and his sister, Rebecca Walker. Also, several cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 2, 2022, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Cremation will follow.
