Cynthia Nell Woodruff Moser, age 78, of Arlington, KY, died Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, KY.
Born January 15, 1945, in the Pinhook Community of Mississippi County, MO, to the late Johnny Woodruff and Mary Bell Kidd Woodruff Williford, she grew up in Mississippi County, MO, and then lived in Tennessee. Cynthia had lived in Western Kentucky the last 30 years and was a retired commercial truck driver. She loved all sorts of crafts including painting, crocheting, sewing, and drawing.
On June 13, 1975, she married James Milburn Moser, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1997.
Surviving are her daughters, Lori Ann (Hubert) Newton of Bardwell, KY and Karen Leigh Ballard of Arlington, KY; her brother, Tom (Sandy) Woodruff of Bardwell, KY; her sister, Phyllis Woodruff Wright of Barlow, KY; seven grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Marie Woods; her brothers, Roy Woodruff, Stanley Ray Williford and Winston Williford.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:30 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2024, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, MO.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
