DALLAS FINLEY, Age 87, died Wednesday, April 07, 2010 at his home in Diehlstadt, MO.
Born October 12, 1922 at Mountain Home, Arkansas to the late Harry and Ada Cox Finley, he had lived in Charleston most of his life where he was employed in farming until his retirement. He had attended the Morley Church of Christ.
On October 8, 1942, he married Zelma Spray, who preceded him in death October 27, 2001.
Surviving are: one son, Jimmy Blasingain of Diehlstadt; one daughter, Monica Finley of Charleston; four grandchildren, Angel Seay, Shawna Vinson, Hailey Kinder Blasingain and Lane Blasingain; one great granddaughter, Breanna Seay.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, Tom Finley, Unice Finley, Clifton Finley, Oda Finley and Elsie Finley and by one sister, June Finley.
Visitation is from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2010 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Bill Bradley of the Morley Church of Christ, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be: Brian Seay, Dallas Butler, Dale Harris, Phil Clubbs, P.D. Smith, Alex Gaines and Ronnie Parden.
