Deborah Lynn Melton, 56, a resident of Dexter, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell.  She was born in Sweetwater, Tennessee, December 2, 1961 to Peggy J. (Harrison) Melton and the late T. J. Melton.  She is survived by her mother of Philadelphia, Tennessee; 2 sons, Matthew C. Melton of the home in Dexter and Greg Melton of Philadelphia, TN.; 2 brothers, Donald Melton and Franklin Melton both of Philadelphia, TN. and 3 sisters, Ann Prock of Riceville, TN, Pat Mason of Huntsville, TN, and Tammie Martin of Madisonville, TN.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Sammie Joe Melton.  Private family graveside rites will be held at a later date in Philadelphia, TN.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at blanchardfuneral.com.
