Obituary

DEBRA LYNN GRAHAM COHEN, Age 56, formerly of Charleston, died Thursday, October 16, 2014, at her home in Diehlstadt.

Born July 28, 1958, at Cairo, Illinois, to Joseph C. "Toots" Graham and Veda Mae Peevyhouse Graham, she had lived in Charleston most of her life where she had been employed with the Brown Shoe Company. She later moved to Diehlstadt where she was a member of the Diehlstadt General Baptist Church.

On June 4, 1994, she married David Cohen, Sr., who survives of the home.

Also surviving are four daughters, Crystal Faris Boze of Charleston; Ashley Faris Bollinger of Bertrand; Shellie Cohen of Chaffee and Kellie Cohen Bugg of Charleston; one son, David Cohen, Jr., of Diehlstadt; seven brothers, Larry Graham of St. Louis, Jake Graham of Charleston, Jimmy Graham of Wyatt, Danny Graham of Scott City, Wayne Graham of Charleston, Ronnie Graham of Sikeston and Steve Graham of St. Charles; three sisters, Peggy Thurman and Carla Groves of Benton and Betty Keener of Charleston; 6 grandchildren, Hannah Pemberton, Gage Pemberton, Tristian Vaughn, Hunter Lawfield, Tanner Boze and Colton Boze.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Stanley Graham and one sister, Bonnie McClendon.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 20, 2014, at the Diehlstadt General Baptist Church in Diehlstadt. DeWayne Kirkpatrick, pastor, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
