Obituary

DOTTIE SUE LUTES, 73, of Morehouse, received her glorious angel wings, Monday, August 3, 2020.

She was born October 2, 1946, in Sikeston, to the late Alive D. and Maggie Tillman Wyatt, she had lived in the Sikeston area most of her life where she had worked at Houchin Donuts for over 20 years and was currently employed with Always First Home Care.  She was a member of the Abundant Grace Church in Bertrand, MO.

On September 18, 1964, she married Carroll Lutes, who preceded her in death.

Surviving is her son, Allen Lutes of Sikeston; granddaughter, Casey (Billy) Hammon of Sikeston; seven great grandchildren, Whitney Carrah, Hunter Hammon, Billy Hammon, Jr., Jeremiah Riggins, Elijah Riggins and Alex Riggins.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Lutes; her brothers Billy D. Wyatt and Johnny Wyatt and her sisters, Judy Wyatt, Julie Wyatt and Betty Saulsbery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 9, 2020, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston where funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 10, 2020.  Bro. Larry Kirby will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Morley Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be: Charles Masegian, Jr., Kenneth Masegian, Michael Wyatt, Johnny Wyatt, Grady Lutes and Heath Hammon.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Billy Hammon, Jr., Hunter Hammon, Alex Riggins, Elijah Riggins and Jeremiah Riggins.
