Dylan Art Tate, age 22, died Saturday, October 19, 2024, at his home in Sikeston.

Born January 31, 2002, at McKenzie, TN, to David Wayne Tate who survives of Troy, Tennessee and the late Tammy Mechele Horton. He had lived in Sikeston for the past few months and enjoyed fishing.

Also surviving in addition to his father are his brothers and sisters, Christopher Ray of Smithfield, NC; Christina House of Smithfield, NC; Christian Jones of Ellijay, GA; Dakota Horton of Dunn, NC and Destiney (Hudson) Burns of Suitland, MD; his fiancé, Maria Stoner of the home; as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Dylan was cremated and will be buried in Smithfield, North Carolina.

McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
