Elizabeth Ann Schmucker, age 71, died Thursday, May 1, 2025, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.

She was born August 2, 1953 in Marshall, North Carolina to become the daughter of Harry Spaeth and Ada Rosenberger Spaeth.

She was married to Lon Schmucker for over 10 years and he preceded her in death.

Surviving are her parents, Harry and Ada Spaeth, her children; Sherry (Rodger) Grubbs, Christy (Richard) Grubbs, and Theodore Staggs all of Charleston, MO and Mindy Simmons of Goshen, IN; 20 Grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren; her brothers Dr. Joseph Spaeth of Minnesota and Andrew Spaeth of Altoona, PA; a niece, several nephews and several cousins.

A private family service will be held at a later date at Olive Cemetery in Elkhart, IN.
