EVELYN LOIS ROBERTS GONZALES, Age 52, a resident of East Prairie, died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born April 19, 1966, in Poplar Bluff, MO, to the late Clarence Chester Roberts and Bertha Elzetta Maddux Roberts Manriquez, she was a 1985 graduate of Charleston High School and had been employed as a home health caregiver. She had lived in Mississippi County most of her life.
Surviving are her son, Chester Hankins of East Prairie; her daughter, Amanda Roper of East Prairie; four brothers, Marvin Roberts of Hope, AR; Ricky Maddux of East Prairie; John Roberts of Branson and Joe Manriquez; 6 grandchildren and three adopted grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Monty Doyle George, Jr.
Family and friends may assemble at noon, Saturday, August 11, 2018, for graveside services at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
