Milford Frank Hart, age 90, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at the Delta South Nursing Center in Sikeston.
He was born July 25, 1930, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Milford P. Hart and Minnie Jane Houck Hart. Frank had lived in Sikeston most of his life where he was first engaged in farming before going to work at Scott County Milling Company where he remained for 30 years. He then returned to farming before going to work at Homestead where he was employed for 10 years until his retirement. He was a long-time member of the Blodgett Baptist Church where he served as Sunday School Superintendent and teacher for many years. He later moved his membership to Old Bethel Baptist Church. Frank had served as a little league coach and was an avid operator of CB Radios. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
On December 2, 1955, he married June Ann Beggs, who preceded him in death August 11, 2013. He then married Norma Jean Hart who survives.
Also surviving are his son, Eddie (Jennifer) Johnson of Boise, ID; Johnny (Donna) Hart of Washington, MO; and Jerry (Shelia) Hart of Bertrand; one sister, Doris Chaney of Sikeston; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Hart.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, April 24, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Private family graveside services will follow at the New Morley Cemetery at Morley under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.
