Frank Junior Mullenix, age 78, died Thursday, August 11, 2022, at his home in rural Sikeston.

Frank was born on October 14, 1943, to the late Dallas Mullenix and Lucille Hicks Mullenix.  He had lived in the Sikeston area the past several years.

Frank is survived by his two daughters and 3 grandchildren.  Frank was a Captain at American Airlines for many years and loved to fly.  Frank also had a great passion for music, especially Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly. Frank created wonderful childhood memories for his daughters, taking them to six flags, playing guitar and building toys by hand as he was a great carpenter.  Frank will be missed.

In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Mullenix.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
