FRANKIE MAE JONES HICKS, Age 76, longtime resident of Sikeston, died Friday, March 20, 2020, in Bonne Terre, MO.

She was born July 27, 1943, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Frank and Mary Vera James Jones. She was employed at Missouri Delta Medical Center a number of years until her retirement and was a faithful member of the Canalou Baptist Church.

She was married to Rev. Jerry Hicks who preceded her in death January 25, 2005.

Surviving are her children, Penny (Cliff) Beasley of Bonne Terre, MO; Janie (Mike) Drews of Dexter; Donna Fabey of Paducah, KY; Lori (David) Dickerson of Bonne Terre; Danny (Donna) Hicks of Sikeston and Sam (Lanetta) Hicks of Globe, AZ; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Julie Hicks and her son, Scotty Hicks, four brothers and five sisters.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until funeral hour at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2020 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.  Rev. Dewayne Coleman will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery at Bloomfield.

Pallbearers will be: Andrew Hicks, Noah Hicks, Justin McCain, Cody Dickerson, Jarron Dickerson and Jonathan Grypp.
