Gary Bone, age 71, a resident of Charleston, died Monday, November 20, 2017, at
Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau.

Born August 8, 1946, at Charleston, to the late Isaac "Ike" Bone and Laverne Glass Bone, he
had lived in Charleston his entire life, and was a graduate of Charleston High School. He
had worked as a painter, at IGA Foodliner, and Gates Rubber Company.

He is survived by a son, Kevin Bone and wife Kelly of O'Fallon, MO; a daughter, Malinda
Gaye Jaster and husband Tom of Jackson, MO; three grandchildren, Nolan Isaac Bone,
Reagan Loren Bone, and Cody Dean Martin and wife Kodie; a sister-in-law, Brenda Bone
Adkisson; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Shirley Eugene Bone and Bobby Glen Bone, and a sister Geraldine Bone Mungle.

McMikle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Private services and burial will be at
I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
