GEORGE JOHNSON, Age 75, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Hunter Acres Nursing Center in Sikeston.

George was born October 20, 1946, in Crawfordsville, Arkansas, one of eight children.  He had lived in Southeast Missouri a number of years, most recently in Sikeston.    George loved watching TV- shows such as The Walton's, Sanford and Sons, Three Stooges and westerns.  He especially loved music, listening to Elvis, and 60's music.  He loved to dance, go for car rides and to a gas station for a soda.   George enjoyed having many celebrations that he called "vacations."  Such as birthdays, holidays and season changes.   He was quick to let you know when his next "vacation" was to be.

He is survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Private services will be held.
