Obituary
GERALDINE JANET WYATT, age 96, formerly of Charleston, died at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at the Bertrand Nursing Center.
Born November 24, 1914 in St. Louis to the late Ella Patrick, she had lived in St. Louis most of her life moving to Charleston in 2004. She was of Baptist belief.
She was married to Marvin Wyatt who preceded her in death in 1970.
She is survived by friends, Pat Carr of Charleston and Lorene Watson of St. Louis Park, MN.
Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston until the funeral hour at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Michael Brewer, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Charleston, will officiate.
Interment will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011, at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
