GERRI MARSHALL

PHEBA GERELINE 'GERRI' MARSHALL, 90, a resident of Wyatt, died Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at the Bertrand Nursing and Rehab Center.

Born September 21, 1929, in Arkansas, to the late Noah Lee and Lillie Tadlock Pierce, she had lived in Sandusky, OH, a number of years and returned to Wyatt when her husband retired. She was a long-time member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Wyatt until its closing.

On July 11, 1946, she married James Henry Terrell, who preceded her in death on October 17, 1997. On October 24, 1998, she married David Marshall who survives of the home.

Surviving besides her husband are her sisters, Faye Franklin and Juanita Terrell, both of Wyatt and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her first husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a rainbow baby; her brothers, Everett Eugene Pierce and Dewey Pierce and her sisters, Sue Rowland, Nina Rodgers and Janice Gibson.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2020, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Tommy Smotherman will officiate assisted by Kenneth Gibson.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Pallbearers will be: Ron Smotherman, Larry Hart, Don Marshall, Don Marshall, Jr., Phillip Rowland and Robert Harris.
