Gloria Jimenez, 36, of Charleston, died Monday, January 23, 2023, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born January 12, 1987, at Oaxaca, Mexico, to the late Victorina Jimenez and Emeterio Jimenez who survives of Mexico, she had lived in Charleston a number of years.  She loved to cook, loved to spend time with her children, especially taking them to the park and play games.

Surviving is her life companion, Jose Iturbide Hernandez of the home.

Her children, Miguel Angel Velasco Jimenez, Brisa Lizeth Iturbide Jimenez, Jose Yahir Iturbide Jimenez, and Jovani Gael Iturbide Jimenez; her brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:30 a.m., Friday, January 27, 2023, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.  Father John Braun of Cape Girardeau will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
