Harlen Bruce Terrell, age 91, a resident of Bertrand, MO, died Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born December 30, 1932, in Bertrand, to the late Marshall Terrell and Inola Baker Terrell, he had lived in Bertrand most of his life where he was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.  For most of his life, he had been a commercial truck driver until he retired.

On July 5, 1951, he married Pansy Elaine Jones, who preceded him in death June 1, 2016.

Surviving are his children, Kevin Terrell, Darlene Hurley and Terri Hicks all of Bertrand; Brenda Pendergrass of Caraway, AR and Jeana (Donald) Faught of Blodgett; eight grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren; also, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Michael David Hurley; his great great grandson, Liam and his brothers, Loren Terrell and Fred Terrell.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.  Pastor Greg Whitlock will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
