Jackie Clay Patterson, age 81, a resident of Sikeston, MO, died Wednesday, May 22, 2026, at Mercy Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at noon, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Paullester Walker, pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church in Sikeston, will officiate.
Interment with full military honors will follow at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
