JAMES EDWARD BRADLEY, age 71, a resident of Dexter formerly of Wyatt, died Monday, November 10, 2014 at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter.
He was born October 31, 1943 in Mississippi County to the late Robert Edward and Allie Inez Dillie Bradley. He had lived in Mississippi County most of his life where he had been employed in farming until his retirement.
He was first married to Barbara Marshall Cockrum who preceded him in death. He then married Jo Ann Coner who also preceded him in death.
Surviving are one son, James "Jimmy" (Trina) Bradley Jr. of Dexter and three grandchildren, Amber, Braxton, and Chris all of the home in Dexter; three brothers, William "Bill" Bradley of Charleston, Daniel "Danny" Bradley of Wyatt and David Bradley of Land Between the Lakes, TN; five sisters, Mary Garrett, Kathern Rosson, and Lavonda Payne all of Charleston, Edith Boyd of East Prairie, and Mary Ann Kerley of Cleveland, OH.
One sister, Frances "Ellen" Bradley Crane, preceded him in death.
Graveside Services will be conducted at Oak Grove Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014. Bill Bradley, minister of the Morley Church of Christ, will officiate.
