JAMES MICHAEL ARNOLD, age 56, died Saturday, April 3, 2021, at his residence in Sikeston.

He was born November 3, 1964 in Sikeston to James "Pick" and Fleta Jo Davis Arnold.  A graduate of Sikeston High School, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of MO at Columbia then later received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Kansas City, MO campus of Kansas University. After living in Crafton, MD for several years he returned to Sikeston where he was employed as the Public Relations Manager for White & Associates Homes Assistance, Inc. and was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

He is survived by his mother, Fleta Jo Arnold of Sikeston; two sisters, Kathryn Archie of Sikeston and Vickie Howard of St Louis; two Aunts, Pat Ham and Betty Miller both of Sikeston; his Uncle Mac and Aunt Pat Davis of Sikeston; also three nephews, John Gordon Howard of St. Louis, Jeffrey Archie of Sikeston, and Christopher Archie of Matthews; also several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, James "Pick" Arnold and one brother, Mark Edward Arnold.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston from 11:00 am until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm. Mac Davis of Sikeston will be the Eulogist.

Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Archie, Christopher Archie, John Howard, Al Stepp, Skyler Archie, and Lannie Moore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Logan Archie, Theron Archie, and Mac Davis.

Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of McMikle Funeral  Home in Sikeston.
