Obituary
JANICE ANN LASTER JOHNSON, age 57, formerly of Wyatt, died Friday, February 03, 2012 at her home in Energy, IL.
She was born November 7, 1954, in Mississippi County, MO to the late Curtis Laster and Yvonne Nolen Laster Fisher. Following her graduation from Charleston High School in 1973 she moved to Southern Illinois where she had been employed as a Certified Nurse Aide. She was of Baptist belief.
On August 6, 1977 she married Billy Joe Johnson, who survives of the home in Energy.
Also surviving are: one son and daughter in law, Curtis and Michelle Johnson of Energy, IL; four sisters, Brenda Baker of Bertrand, Candrice McEntire of East Prairie, Tiffany Fisher of Doniphan and Paula Russell of Matthews; her stepfather, Graham Fisher of Wyatt; and two grandchildren, Sierra Johnson and Gavin Johnson.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Allen Laster.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time for the memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2012 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
