JERRY MICHAEL CLAY, age 75, of Sikeston and formerly of Memphis, TN,  died Monday, May 16, 2022, at the Westfield Nursing Center near Sikeston.

He was born August 29, 1946 to Cecil Wayne and Mattie Grace Goforth Clay.  He was employed as a truck driver for Yellow Freight for 15 years, then worked with Memphis Roofing Company until retiring and moving to Sikeston where he had been a resident of long term care.

He is survived by one daughter, Lisa (Eddie) Masters of Sikeston and one son, Joshua Michael Clay of the State of Mississippi; and one brother, David Clay of Germantown, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Cecil Clay and one sister, Carol Joan Clay Long.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Arrangements are under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.
