Jerry Wayne Rosson Jr.

JERRY WAYNE ROSSON, JR., age 33, a resident of East Prairie and formerly of Charleston, died Monday, September 25, 2023, in Charleston.

Born January 21, 1990, at Sikeston, MO, to the Catherine Ann Bradley Seay Rosson, who survives of East Prairie, he had lived in Charleston most of his life.

On June 14, 2020, he married Angela Nicole Smith, who survives of East Prairie.

Also surviving are his children, Johannah Veliah Maxine Rosson and Jeramyah David Rosson; his stepdaughter, Ashlynne Jade Lewis; his brothers and sisters, Joe Bob Rosson, Lonnie Seay, Brian Seay, Leigh (Terry) Taylor, Shelly Seay, Trina (Charles) Thacker; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and special family members, Doug and Nichelle, Joyce and Kenny, Missy and their families.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stevie and Veliah Simpon Rosson and Roy and Allie Inez Dillie Bradley Brown.

A celebration of Jerry's life will be held at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
