Jimmie Joe Foster, age 65, of Sikeston, died Sunday, June 4, 2023, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born March 12, 1958, in St. Louis, MO, to the late Jimmy Foster and Marcella Bollinger, he had lived in Missouri until he graduated from Bunker High School.  Jimmie then joined the Navy and served 8 years before relocating to Oklahoma City where he was employed as a Carpenter for 38 years with Ron Walters Construction.   He retired in December 2022 and moved to Sikeston, MO.

Surviving are his siblings: Terry (Clarissa) Foster of Bunker, MO; Cheryl (Roland) Todd – LeSieur of Glen Allen, MO; Diana Foster of Viburnum, MO; Donald (Tammy) Foster of Sikeston, MO and Melissa (Keith) Ball of Marshfield, MO.  Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews that he loved very much and two very special cousins that were like siblings, Doyle and Gwen Cloud of Sikeston.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Jayme Todd.

Celebration in honor of Jimmy's life will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, June 9, 2023, at Loggers Lake in Bunker, Missouri
