Jodie Lynn McCoy, age 60, of Sikeston, MO, gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Daybreak Nursing Center in Miner, MO.

She was born January 16, 1966, in Sumpter, South Carolina, to the late Thomas McCoy and Hattie Emma Whiteside McCoy.

Surviving are her siblings, Terri McCoy and Angela Hileman of Sikeston, MO, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her father and mother she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas C. McCoy.

Family and friends may assemble at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 27, 2026. at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston for graveside services.

Interment will follow under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston, Mo.
