John A. Bloecher Jr.

John A. Bloecher, Jr., 66, passed away on August 25th, 2019 at his home in The Villages, FL.

John was born in St. Louis, MO, to John A. Bloecher, Sr. and Patricia R. Dyke, on April 6, 1953. He graduated class of 1971 from Pattonville High School and married Cynthia A. McClintock on September 27, 1975, in St. Louis, MO.

John is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia R Dyke and his 3 brothers: Thomas, Michael and Daniel Bloecher.

John is survived by his wife, Cynthia A Bloecher; children; Laura M. Logan (Tripp Logan), John M. Bloecher (Tera Bloecher) and Mark G. Bloecher; sister, Mary Ellen Misuraca (Michael Misuraca) and sister-in-law, Gerri Mukri (Kevin Mukri); father, John A Bloecher, Sr. (Joan Bloecher); and grandchildren, William Bennett Logan, Amelia J. Logan, Anna Frances Logan, Maclyn M. Bloecher and John Gibson Bloecher.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time for memorial services at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Father David Dohogne, pastor of St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
