Joseph William Myers, III, infant son of Joseph William Myers, Jr. and Alyssa Jo (Courtney) Myers, died shortly after birth Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at Missouri Delta Medical Center. other survivors include his maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Denise Chadd and Dean Vollmer of Richwood; maternal grandfather, Gilbert Courtney of Valley Park; paternal grandmother, Lisa Mitchell of Sikeston; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Chadd of Valley Park; paternal great-grandmothers, Mary Mitchell of Sikeston and Mary Myers of Sikeston.
