Joyce Marie Durflinger, age 70, died Friday, January 5, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.

She was born February 8, 1953, in Craven County, NC, to the late Ottis Toler and Martha Alice Franks Toler.  Joyce later moved to New Jersey and then East Prairie, MO where she was a homemaker.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Her grandchildren were the love of her life.

Joyce was married to Luther Durflinger of East Prairie, MO for over thirty-six years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, James Hall of Millville, NJ, Richard Hall of Polk Co, FL and Jordon Hall of Pennsville, NJ, a daughter Peggy McGee of Pennsville, NJ, two brothers Otis (Sharon) Toler of Millville, NJ and Paul Toler of Polk Co, FL, two sisters, Peggy Toler of Pennsville, NJ and Delores Toler and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Phrampus, her daughter, Catherine Hall, her grandson, Shane Phrampus, and her brother Donald Toler.

Private family services will be held.
