Joyce Ann Wailly

Joyce Ann McKenney Wailly, age 84, died Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Bertrand Nursing Center in Bertrand, MO.

Born December 18, 1941, at Chicago, IL to the late William Henessey McKenney Sr. and the late Bernice Madison McKenney, she had lived in Bertrand, MO most of her life and had been employed at Walmart for a number of years until her retirement. She was a member of the Bertrand United Methodist Church, enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid figurine painter.

She was married to Robert John Wailly Jr., who preceded her in death.

Surviving is her son, Robert Wailly, of Lake of the Hills, IL; granddaughters, Nicole and Kelly Wailly, a grandson, Dominick Wailly, a great grandson, Robert Gertie and a brother, Richard A. McKenney of Washington, DC.

In addition to her husband, father and mother, she was preceded in death by her son, John W. Wailly and her brother, William Henessey McKenney, Jr.

No services are scheduled at this time.
