Judy Lee Moore, 64, a resident of Essex, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton.  She was born Jan. 16, 1954 in Sikeston to the late William Stanton (Jess) and Rachel Nadine (Vandergriff) Simpson.  A life-long resident of this area, she had been a secretary for several  businesses including the Sikeston Municipal Airport and Patterson Bookkeeping Service and was member of American Legion Post 114 Ladies Auxiliary.  She married Jimmie Doyle "Jim" Moore June 15, 1974 in Essex and he survives of the home. Also surviving are 1 brother Jim (Vicki) Simpson of Risco;  and 2 sisters Irene Baldwin of Jackson and Phyllis Harp of St. Louis and several nieces and nephews.  She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters Naomi Caudle, Janice Caudle and Alfreda Parker.  Visitation will be at Blanchard Funeral Chapel Monday, Jan. 14, from 11:00 am until time for the funeral at 1:00 pm.  Rev. Mark Powell, Pastor of Pleasant View General Baptist Church in Risco will officiate and burial will follow at 3:00 pm in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.  Pallbearers will be her nephews, Rick Sinclair, Chris Caudle, Steve Middleton, Scott Baldwin, Andy Moore and Darron Moore.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at blancharfuneral.com.
