Obituary

JUNIOR RAY BUTTRY, Age 65, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at his home near Morehouse.

Born August 9, 1945 at Charleston, MO to the late Willie Lee and Bessie Stella Wyatt Buttry, he had lived in Morehouse most of his life and had been employed as a farmer with Wheeler Brothers Farms.

On January 12, 1968, he married Bobbie Kerr, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are: five sons, Michael Buttry of Scott City, Phillip Buttry, William Buttry and Jeremy Buttry all of Sikeston and Emmett Buttry of Morehouse; five brothers, Charles Buttry and Tommy Buttry of Sikeston; Billy Buttry of Charleston; Larry Buttry of Wyatt and Leroy Buttry of Pontiac, MI; three sisters, Bonnie Neal of Charleston, Gladys Cast of Alto Pass, IL and Rosie Cornwell of Paducah, KY; 6 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m., Monday, February 28, 2011 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 28, 2011 at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.

Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be: Lance Tubbs, Jason Tubbs, Tim Massey, Stanley Powers, Steve Thurman and Ben Schneider.
