Kali Renee Eskew, age 17, of Bloomfield, MO, died Friday, August 29, 2025, near Bloomfield, MO from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born April 9, 2008, in Sikeston, MO, to Justin Odell Eskew and Amber Nicole Brown.  She was a senior at Bloomfield High School.  She was active in her school being a member of Choir, FFA and the Beta Club.  She was employed with Lambert's Café in Sikeston.

Kali had a big personality and never met a stranger.  She had a huge heart that matched her faith in God.  She was of the Pentecostal belief and attended ONE Church in Sikeston, MO.  Kali loved getting her picture taken.  She loved to sing, dance and make Tik Tok videos.  She loved her canine companion, Harley who survives of the accident.

Surviving are her parents Justin Odell (Melanie) Eskew and Amber Nicole (Chris) McCoy; 10 siblings, Kenzie Eskew, Kenley Eskew, Violet Eskew of Morley, Erika McCoy of Bernie, Kristen McCoy and C. J. McCoy of Dexter, Bailey McCoy and Conner McCoy of Oran, and Gabriela Lazcano and Isaak Lazcano of Morley; grandparents Anita Brown of Sikeston, Randy Eskew of Sikeston, Barbara Eskew of Portageville, Linda Wetherford of East Prairie and Robin Bishop of Dexter; Uncles Aaron Brown, Jerry Brown, Roy Myracle, Matt Holman, Michael Weatherford, Jamie Powers, Danny Childers and Randy Eskew; Aunts Sabrina Powers, Danielle Childers and Kalie Eskew Toon and a host of  cousins, nieces and nephews.  Kali is also survived by her boyfriend of over a year, Landon Carter.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather Vernon Brown, her aunts Jessica Brown, Shannon Adams and Jennifer Brown.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until funeral hour at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Life Church located at 951 S. Kingshighway in Sikeston, MO.

Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston, Mo.

Services are under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston.
