KEITH WAYNE PATTERSON, age 55, of Dexter, died Friday, November 20, 2020, at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau.

Born July 4, 1965, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Wayne Patterson and Vivian McRoy Patterson, he had lived in Southeast Missouri his entire life and was a graduate of Bloomfield High School.   A jack of all trades, and master of none, as he often said himself, he was a free spirit who loved his family and loved to have fun.

Surviving are his fiancé, Kelley Smith Edwards of Dexter; his children, Paige Patterson (Shawn) Steely; Carerra Patterson and Coleton Patterson all of Cape Girardeau; Reid Patterson (Loren) Wooten of Bell City; Jacob (Lex) Miller of the state of California and Reality (Chris) Butrum of Cape Girardeau; his eight grandchildren; also, the mother of his children, Connie Landrum Patterson of Cape Girardeau.

Private services will be held.

McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston is charge of arrangements.
